Refund Policy

At Feel 21 Again, we put everything into creating meaningful, high-quality experiences for our community. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a ticket to any Feel 21 Again or Abstin-END event.

Our Core Policy

We only issue refunds if an event is cancelled due to circumstances within our direct control. If we make the decision to cancel an event — not postpone, not reschedule — you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.

When You Will Receive a Refund

You are entitled to a full refund only in the following situation:

In this case, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of the cancellation announcement.

When You Will Not Receive a Refund

All ticket sales are final outside of event cancellations within our control. We do not offer refunds for any other reason.

No refunds will be issued for:

Event Postponements & Rescheduling

If a Feel 21 Again event is postponed or rescheduled rather than cancelled outright, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued for postponed events. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, your ticket is non-transferable unless we announce otherwise.

Force Majeure

Feel 21 Again shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemic, government restrictions, acts of civil or military authority, fire, flood, accidents, or strikes. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific event. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone presenting a transferred or resold ticket.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please contact us within 14 days of the cancellation announcement at:
